– Find a quiet space. Sit or stand with your spine tall and relaxed.
– Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
– Visualise a brilliant pillar of light extending from the heart of Source above you, down through your crown, spine, and out through your feet into the core of Gaia.
– Silently say or feel:
“I am connected to my Column of Ascension. I am a conduit of Source and Gaia. I am safe to rise and root.”

💛 Step 2: Activate the Higher Inner Child Portal
– Bring your awareness into your heart space. Imagine a golden door or crystalline portal gently opening within.
– Feel your Higher Inner Child — radiant, wise, joyful — step forward. See them glowing in golden white light.
– Invite this inner child into your current timeline, into your body, into this moment.
– Whisper or feel the words:
“I welcome my Higher Inner Child to co-create my reality. I receive your joy, your trust, your divine wonder. We are one.”

– Imagine your feet lighting up with golden geometric patterns, connecting you to a vast crystalline grid across the Earth — this is the Higher Inner Child Grid of Gaia’s New Earth.
– See golden light flowing up from the Earth into your body, filling you with joy, purity, and divine play.
– Sense this light moving through your legs, belly, heart, throat, and up into your crown.
– Say aloud or inwardly:
“I now activate and anchor the Golden Grids of the Higher Inner Child within me and across Gaia. I walk as a child of light, remembering.”

– Place your hands on your heart and belly. Feel the Earth’s heartbeat synchronise with yours.
– Visualise the Original Divine Blueprint of Gaia — lush, vibrant, crystalline, peaceful — and see your Higher Inner Child walking within it.
– Know that this blueprint is encoded within you.
– Say:
“I connect now to the Original Blueprint of Ascended Gaia. I remember Eden. I remember Harmony. I remember who I truly am.”

– Wrap yourself in a cocoon of pearlescent light.
– Thank your Higher Inner Child, your guides, Gaia, and Source.
– Drink water. Journal any messages, visions, or feelings.
– Optional: Walk barefoot outside or spend time in childlike play.
