I carried a secret burden—a storm of anxiety, overthinking, and depression that overshadowed my days. Growing up, I longed to share my inner turmoil but was held back by fear, and the need to care for my family.
As time went on, I reached 40, still battling those shadows. I was exhausted, lost, and disconnected from my true self. Then, one evening, I found solace under a tree. It was there that I surrendered to my emotions and began my journey of self-discovery and healing.
I sought out quantum healing and spiritual guidance. I embraced meditation and mindfulness, and found a soul tribe that accepted and understood me. I joined mentorship groups and received guidance, love, and support from these incredible lights.
As I healed, I opened my heart and found peace and love and wisdom beyond measure. My transformation inspired me to light the flame and support others, using my own experiences and my quantum practitioner skill to guide, heal and mentor.
